Where are your sofas made?

All our sofas are handcrafted once an order is placed in our warehouse based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

Is there any warranty provided with the sofas?

There is a 12 months structural warranty which is provided with all our sofas. We use hardwood frames which are designed to ensure long-lasting sofas, but if there are any issues, be sure to get in touch. One of the team members will be more than happy to help.

Are you able to deliver to me?

We provide free delivery within 200 miles of our Leeds, Yorkshire, hub. We cover most areas in the United Kingdom. For an additional £50, we could deliver beyond this. However, we will notify you to cancel your order if the courier is unable to deliver your items after placing your order.

Before placing your order, send an email to Sales@handcraftedsofas.uk to find out if you qualify for free delivery.

How long do I have to wait for my just placed order?

Our goal is to deliver your item as soon as we can. Delivery takes three to ten days on average. Following your order placement, we will provide you with a precise delivery date and a 4-hour window for the delivery.

Please contact us if you would want an approximate delivery date prior to placing your order. However, until the week of delivery, we are unable to provide an exact date.

Can my delivery be delayed?

Yes! Once an order is placed, a member of the team will be in touch in regards to delivery. You can inform them exactly when you want your sofas to be delivered.

Which payment methods are available?

We accept a variety of payment methods:

What if there is an issue with my order?

In the rare instance that there is an issue with your order, our first port of call is to rectify this for you. This may include shipping out replacement parts or fixing any defects.

Please note: We are unable to accept returns for orders which are customised to specific measurements.

Can I cancel my order since I've changed my mind?

You have a 24-hour window in which to cancel your order. Please send us an email if you would like to cancel after this time.

Note: You can be charged a cancellation fee if your order is in the middle of production.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If this is the case, please notify us as soon as possible. If you have misspelled or entered an incorrect address, simply notify us via email at sales@handcraftedsofas.uk and we will deliver to the correct address.
