Delivery Guide
We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as we can. Although this usually happens in 7 days, please allow up to 14 days for the shipment of your item or items. The majority of orders arrive in 3–10 days.
Once our manufacturer has proceeded with your order, you will receive a brief phone call from us with a delivery date and time.
On the day of your delivery, our courier will contact you 30-60 minutes before arrival.
If you are unsure whether you are eligible for delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
We receive a large amount of emails, so please attach your order number if you would like a prompt response.
Returns
We value each and every order, and we want our clients to have the best possible experience with Handcrafted Sofas.
We strongly recommend that you double-check measurements, the space in your room, and color schemes before making your purchase. However, if you’re not completely happy with your sofa, we’ve got you covered. We offer a FREE RETURNS policy if the sofa doesn’t suit your taste or style. Just fill out a returns form within 48 hours of receiving the sofa, and you’ll receive a full refund, including your delivery charge, on the day of collection.
While it’s a big help to us if you keep the original packaging, we can still accept returns without it.
However, ensuring the sofa is packaged helps protect it during the return process.
If you request a return after the initial 48-hour period but within 14 days of delivery, we can still arrange for the sofa to be collected, though this service will incur a collection fee of £299.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order when it is delivered, and get in touch with us right away if something is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Sending out replacement parts can be part of this. Instead of granting return requests right away, we will always attempt to fix the problem.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if our team determines that the consumer caused the damage.
Exceptions/ Non-returnable items
Since all of our products are built to order, some items—like bespoke orders, items that the customer damages, or items that the customer changes their mind—cannot be returned. Additionally, if we believe the product was misused, we reserve the right to reject a return request.
We will handle returns at our own discretion after the 30 day window has ended.
Refunds
After receiving and reviewing your return, we will let you know whether the refund was authorised. You will receive an automated refund using the original payment method if it is accepted.
Cancellations
We provide hassle-free cancellations up to 24 hours after the order is placed. After this period, the order will have been processed and sent to the factory for manufacturing, resulting in a cancellation cost of £50-£100.
